Each brand sets its own return terms, and the terms of the brand that shipped your item apply. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will confirm whether the item is eligible and where to send it. If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as it arrives with a photo and we will resolve it with the brand.
