Bear KompleX Weight Vest Plates were designed with comfort and full range of motion in mind. These cast iron plates offer an ergonomically curved design that helps to form to the torso when placed inside a plate carrier vest. Not to mention, these plates also feature a swimmer's cut to allow the arms to move freely and comfortably.

Made in the USA, the Bear KompleX Weight Vest Plates are available in two sizes- 5.75LB Pair, and an 8.75LB Pair. When combined with most 2.5LB plate carrier vests on the market, the total weight comes out to be 14 and 20 pounds, respectively.
